From a very early age, my mother’s makeup bag was a constant source of fascination for me. In particular with lipsticks, and to this day I don’t feel fully dressed without it.
My first Saturday job was at a hair salon, although the academic path was a route I ended up following. After graduating with a Business and Marketing degree, I climbed the corporate ladder for a number of years. However I wasn’t fulfilled with the big job in London, so a year off allowed me to study both makeup and hairdressing, gaining formal qualifications with industry bodies in both. It would take me another 10 years of working part time building my beauty business alongside my corporate career before I could finally call it my full time profession. I have worked with hundreds of brides over the years, and I love each wedding as if it were the first.

is the Hampshire countryside with my husband and our two spaniels.

is where I love to relax and unwind, walking the dogs.

of the flavoured variety is my favourite with a side of salted cashews!
Skydiving
was both the best and most terrifying experience, never to be repeated!
Gemstones
are fascinating, the more unusual the better to add to my collection.
Shopping
is something I love to do, especially when it’s in Liberty, London.
